My Journey into Languages
I've always been fascinated by languages, not just speaking them, but understanding how they work. This curiosity led me to study linguistics, where I became particularly interested in the structure of language: how it functions, how it varies across cultures, and how it shapes the way we understand the world.
Why I became a teacher
Teaching felt like a natural path. Through volunteering and working with learners from different backgrounds, I realized that what I enjoyed most was helping others gain confidence through language.
For me, every lesson is more than just teaching French. It's an exchange. My students discover French language and culture, while I learn about their experiences, perspectives, and cultures. That's what makes teaching so rewarding.

Today, I teach French at the Sorbonne and bring the same academic rigor and enthusiasm to every online lesson.
Over the years, I've worked with learners from Europe, North America, South America, Asia, and beyond... from complete beginners taking their very first steps in French to professionals, university students, and exam candidates preparing for important milestones.
Many of my students have successfully achieved their goals, whether that meant passing the DELF, DALF, TEF, or TCF, advancing their careers, or simply feeling confident speaking French in everyday life.
